Job summary

One Medical in Austin, TX is seeking a full-time Advanced Practitioner (FNP or PA) to join its Domain Northside clinic. You will manage a patient panel, conduct acute, chronic, and well visits, and collaborate with in‑office and virtual teams to deliver high‑quality care.

Texas licensure by start date is required, and relocation assistance may be available. The base salary ranges from $128,600 to $153,800 with additional pay for qualifications, plus a robust benefits package.

• At least 2 years outpatient primary care or 1 year plus fellowship/urgent care experience.
• Texas license by start date.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in‑office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele‑health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in‑office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in‑office procedures
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, Licenses, And Experiences Required For This Role

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
  • 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
• State licensed in Texas, obtained by your One Medical start date

This is a full‑time role based in Austin, TX at One Medical's Domain Northside clinic.

Relocation assistance may be available for this role.

The base salary range for this role is $128,600 - $153,800 based on a full‑time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
