Job summary

One Medical is hiring a full-time Advanced Practitioner (FNP/PA) licensed in California to provide comprehensive primary care across in-office and telehealth settings. You’ll manage a diverse patient panel, perform in-office procedures, and engage in weekly Clinical Rounds with both in-person and virtual teams.

The role requires CA licensure by start date and supports pursuing additional state credentials as One Medical expands its virtual primary care in other states.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least two years outpatient primary care or one year with a fellowship/urgent care.
• State license in California prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, in testing centers, or via tele-health visits.
• Participate in Clinical Rounds and collaborate with in-office and virtual teams.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, Licenses, And Experiences Required For This Role

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
• Two years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
• State licensed in California, obtained by your One Medical start date

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $164,700 to $175,000 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
