Job summary

One Medical in Austin, TX is hiring current Residents/Fellows completing training in 2026 or 2027 for multiple offices in the Austin area. The role focuses on delivering high-quality primary care through a tech-enabled, patient-centered environment.

The position is full-time, based in Austin, with a strong onboarding program including mentorship and ongoing education. Base salary ranges from $167,900 to $264,500, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family or Internal Medicine residency program.
• Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident, or completed Residency within last calendar year and scheduled to take next available Board Exam.
• Texas license obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs including acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Conduct in-office or testing center visits and some telehealth visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams through daily huddles.
• Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures where appropriate.
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues.

What you’ll be working on:

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in‑office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele‑health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in‑office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in‑office procedures
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family or Internal Medicine residency program
• Must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
• State licensed in Texas, obtained before your One Medical start date

The base salary range for this role is

$167,900.00 - $264,500.00

Based on a full‑time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
