Job summary

A-Line Staffing is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for primary care and urgent care roles in Richmond Hill, GA. This on-site, contract assignment offers patient-facing duties with potential to hire based on attendance and performance.

Typical schedule includes weekend/holidays rotation, on-call possibility, and coverage across locations. Benefits accrue after 90 days for full-time staff and include health, optical, dental, life, and disability insurance, plus a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

1+ year NP experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care.
Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of employment.
National Board Certification (FNP).
BLS certification (AHA or ARC).
Comfortable using electronic medical systems (EMS/EMR).

Responsibilities

Provide primary and family care: assessment, diagnosis, treatment, chronic condition management, and disposition planning.
Perform routine examinations and support positive patient health outcomes.
Order/complete diagnostic tests and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as needed.
Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, wellness services, screenings, and preventive care.
Complete clinic operational/administrative duties (opening/closing, inventory, patient follow-up, insurance verification, payment collection, maintaining a clean environment).
Work collaboratively with a clinical care team and support consistent care delivery across assigned coverage locations.
