Qualifications

• 2 or more years of NP experience required.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage the care of primary care patients.
• Participate in an on-call system with other providers.

Skills

Bilingual (English/Portuguese/Spanish)

Computer literate (MS Office, Windows)

Experience with EMR (EPIC/OCHIN)

Education

Completed accredited Nurse Practitioner program in Family Practice

Current MA NP License, Family Practitioner, Board Certified
