Gilder Search Group is recruiting a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a Federally Qualified Health Center in Providence, RI. You will provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan in an outpatient setting, working with physicians and a care team to deliver high-quality, accessible care.

This role offers a salary of $135,000–$140,000 with loan repayment options, generous benefits, PTO, and CME support. NHSC/PSLF eligibility enhances long-term career stability.

Qualifications

• Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) required.
• Active Rhode Island NP license or eligibility.
• DEA certification or ability to obtain.
• Experience in primary care, family medicine or community health preferred.
• Commitment to serving diverse and underserved patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform wellness exams and preventive care visits.
• Manage treatment plans and coordinate referrals.
• Maintain thorough EMR documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to improve patient outcomes.
