Prosperity Placement Solutions is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join a Federally Qualified Health Center in Providence, RI. You’ll provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan in an outpatient setting, collaborating with physicians and a supportive team to deliver high-quality, accessible care.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary of $135,000–$145,000 with loan repayment eligibility, 240 hours PTO, and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) required.
• Active Rhode Island NP license or eligibility.
• DEA certification or ability to obtain.
• Experience in primary care, family medicine, or community health preferred.
• Commitment to serving diverse and underserved patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform wellness exams and preventive care visits.
• Manage treatment plans and coordinate referrals.
• Maintain thorough EMR documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to improve patient outcomes.

Education
