Qualifications

• Active Medical License in Oregon and/or Washington.
• Board Certified.
• BLS Certification (ACLS preferred).
• Willingness to obtain USCIS (Physician) and DOT certifications.
• 4+ years of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality family care as an FNP.
• Collaborate with clinic team to deliver patient-centered care.
• Maintain licensure and certifications; participate in CME.
• Engage in professional development and growth opportunities.
