Candidates should have an active New York State license, and board certification is preferred. Formación

• Must have an active New York State license as a Family Nurse Practitioner, DO, or MD.
• Prior experience in primary care or family medicine preferred.
• Current DEA license or eligibility required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care to patients of all ages.
• Conduct physical exams, diagnose, and manage both acute and chronic conditions.
