Premise Health Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Family Nurse Practitioner to provide care to employees and dependents at the Helena, MT health center. Hours are 8:00am-6:00pm, Tuesday-Friday, offering a strong work-life balance.

The role requires an NP license, state RN/NP credentials, and national certification. You will collaborate with physicians, perform exams, orders/tests, and educate patients while maintaining records and supporting clinical teams.

Qualifications

• RN license active in state
• NP license active and prescriptive authority
• National certification required (ANCC or AANP)
• DEA license aligned with practice state(s)
• Master’s degree in nursing or equivalent
• Basic Life Support certification required; ACLS may be required by contract

Responsabilités

• Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines
• Performs injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management
• Develops patient care plans, records progress, ensures continuity of care
• Educates patients on treatment plans and health maintenance
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests for clinical assessment
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams
• Prescribes or recommends treatments and therapies
• Refer patients to specialists as needed
• Maintain accurate patient health records and documentation
• Educate and coach nursing staff on best practices
• Perform other duties as assigned
