Job summary
Jobot is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join a growing functional and integrative medicine practice in Newberg, OR. You will provide comprehensive care across the lifespan, from infants to older adults, and develop individualized treatment plans in a supportive, autonomous environment.
The role offers a 4-day workweek, no weekends, PTO, health and malpractice insurance, retirement plan, licensure credit, CEU allowance, and a monthly clinic allowance within a private,
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing
- Current licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Strong clinical background in internal medicine and family practice
- Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to establish meaningful relationships with patients and their families
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations and evaluate patients' health.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and other medical conditions.
- Provide comprehensive care to patients across the lifespan, from infants through older adults.
- Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment and care plans.
- Partner with patients and families to establish appropriate health goals and treatment plans.
- Provide patient education and counseling focused on disease prevention, health management, and wellness.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical response.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Stay current with developments in internal medicine, family practice, nursing, and integrative healthcare.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with patients through personalized and compassionate care.
