Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join a growing functional and integrative medicine practice in Newberg, OR. You will provide comprehensive care across the lifespan, from infants to older adults, and develop individualized treatment plans in a supportive, autonomous environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing
• Current licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Strong clinical background in internal medicine and family practice
• Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to establish meaningful relationships with patients and their families

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and evaluate patients' health.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and other medical conditions.
• Provide comprehensive care to patients across the lifespan, from infants through older adults.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment and care plans.
• Partner with patients and families to establish appropriate health goals and treatment plans.
• Provide patient education and counseling focused on disease prevention, health management, and wellness.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical response.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Stay current with developments in internal medicine, family practice, nursing, and integrative healthcare.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with patients through personalized and compassionate care.
