A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide evidence-based primary and family care in a retail clinic setting in Mount Lebanon, PA.

You will work with a clinical care team to assess, diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of patient needs, with weekend/holiday rotation and potential for occasional float.

Competenze

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of work.
• Family Nurse Practitioner certification.
• Minimum 1 year of NP experience in Primary Care or Urgent Care.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently.

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Location: Mount Lebanon Pennsylvania 15228 Pay Rate: $75.00 per hour Shift: M-F 830-730p, Sat 9-530p, Sun 9-430p Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday clinic hours: 8:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m., including a one-hour lunch break. Saturday clinic hours: 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m., including a 30-minute lunch break. Sunday clinic hours: 9:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., including a 30-minute lunch break.

Position Overview

Nurse Practitioners provide evidence-based primary and family care in a retail clinic setting. You’ll work with a dedicated clinical care team to assess, diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of patient needs while supporting strong patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary/family care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and care planning
• Perform routine exams and diagnostic testing as needed
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and preventive care
• Support chronic condition management and wellness/health screening services
• Complete clinic administrative tasks such as opening/closing, inventory, patient follow-up, verifying insurance/collecting payment, and maintaining a clean environment
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals as part of a collaborative care model

Required Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state you will be working
• Family Nurse Practitioner certification
• Minimum 1 year of recent NP experience in Primary Care and/or Urgent Care (required)
• BLS required (AHA or American Red Cross only)
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to work independently/autonomously
