The position features a rotating schedule with weekends and holidays as needed, and compensation at $74.87 per hour. Prior primary care, family medicine, or urgent care experience is essential for consideration.

Formación

• Active FNP license in the relevant state.
• Minimum of one year of primary care/family medicine/urgent care NP experience.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills.
• Experience with EMR systems and clinical technology.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive primary and family care, including patient assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
• Evaluate and treat common illnesses, injuries, and ongoing health conditions.
• Conduct routine physical examinations, health screenings, and diagnostic testing.
• Provide patient education on preventive care, healthy lifestyle choices, and chronic disease management.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to support continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation within electronic medical record systems.
• Support patient follow-up, appointment management, and other clinic administrative responsibilities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
• Work independently while collaborating with the clinical care team to deliver quality patient care.

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) needed ASAP! This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, nationally recognized healthcare organization. We're looking for qualified FNPs with recent primary care, family medicine, or urgent care experience. Pay Rate: 74.87 per hour Schedule: 38/27 rotation, including every other weekend. Holiday rotation may apply.

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide high-quality, evidence-based primary and family healthcare. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in a primary care, family medicine, or urgent care setting and be comfortable assessing, diagnosing, treating, and managing a variety of patient health conditions. The Family Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with a dedicated clinical care team to promote positive patient outcomes, support preventive care, and help patients take an active role in their health and wellness.

Required Qualifications

• Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in the state where the position is located.
• Minimum of one year of recent Nurse Practitioner experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills.
• Knowledge of chronic disease management and quality measures.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to practice autonomously, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and clinical technology.

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to work a rotating weekend and holiday schedule as required.
• May be required to participate in an on-call rotation.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure if needed.
• DEA registration may be required during onboarding.
• This is a safety-sensitive position.
