Job summary

MainStreet Family Care is seeking PRN Family Nurse Practitioners to work across multiple Ocala, FL clinics. The role offers flexible scheduling and shifts determined in advance, with opportunities in urgent care, primary care, and telemedicine.

The ideal candidate will have FNP board certification, an MSN or higher, and strong communication skills. The job includes malpractice insurance, CME allowance, mileage reimbursement, and paid orientation.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• MSN or higher degree required (FNP certification).
• EMR and MS Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care, primary care, occupational medicine, and telemedicine services.
• Perform minor procedures ( toenail removals, foreign body removals ).
• Suturing and splinting; general orthopedic evaluations and management.

PRN Family Nurse Practitioner – Ocala, FL!

At MainStreet Family Care, we’re growing fast and looking for fast, fun, and friendly PRN Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) to work across multiple clinics in your region. Our providers help patients feel better FAST! Boom! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a high-volume environment, and is flexible working with different teams and clinics. New grads are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Urgent care, primary care, occupational medicine, and telemedicine
• Minor procedures including toenail removals and foreign body removals
• Suturing and splinting
• General orthopedic evaluations and management
• X-ray review (with Radiologist over-read)
• EKG interpretation
• General dermatology, eye complaints, and GYN care
• Treating patients of all ages
• Emergency management skills in a fast-paced setting

Schedule

• Shifts determined approximately two months in advance

MainStreet Clinic Hours

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

KidsStreet Clinic Hours (select locations only)

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Hours are subject to change based on company needs, training, float coverage, etc.
