Job summary

MainStreet Family Care is seeking a PRN Family Nurse Practitioner to support multiple Tallahassee clinics. You will provide urgent and primary care, occupational medicine, and telemedicine services to patients across regions.

You will perform minor procedures, suturing, and splinting, with radiology over-reads and EKG interpretations. Clinic hours include wide shifts; compensation includes hourly pay plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Board-certified FNP with active state credentialing.
• MSN or higher degree required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• EMR and Microsoft Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver urgent care, primary care, occupational medicine, and telemedicine services.
• Perform minor procedures including toenail removals and foreign body removals.
• Suture and splint as needed.
• Conduct general orthopedic evaluations and management.
• Review X-rays with Radiologist over-read and interpret EKGs.
• Provide general dermatology, eye, and GYN care as needed.
• Care for patients of all ages.
• Manage emergencies in a fast-paced setting.

At MainStreet Family Care, we’re growing fast and looking for fast, fun, and friendly PRN Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) to work across multiple clinics in your region.

Responsibilities

• Urgent care, primary care, occupational medicine, and telemedicine
• Minor procedures including toenail removals and foreign body removals
• Suturing and splinting
• General orthopedic evaluations and management
• X‑ray review (with Radiologist over‑read)
• EKG interpretation
• General dermatology, eye complaints, and GYN care
• Treating patients of all ages
• Emergency management skills in a fast‑paced setting

Schedule

• Shifts determined approximately two months in advance

MainStreet Clinic Hours

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

KidsStreet Clinic Hours (select locations only)

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Hours are subject to change based on company needs, training, float coverage, etc.
