Job summary

MainStreet Family Care is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner to work across multiple clinics in Northeast Florida, delivering urgent and primary care with a focus on fast patient relief.

The ideal candidate will lead in a high-volume urgent care setting, participate in telemedicine, and provide care for all ages, including occupational medicine. Competitive pay and a $7,500 sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Active Family Nurse Practitioner board certification is required.
• Master of Science in Nursing or higher degree is required.
• Experience using EMR systems and MS Office suite is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care and primary medical services across multiple clinics.
• Perform minor surgeries, suturing, splinting, and orthopedic evaluations.
• Review X-rays with radiology over-reads and manage dermatology and eye care cases.

Floating Family Nurse Practitioner – Northeast FL Region - $7,500 SIGN ON BONUS!

MainStreet Family Care is growing and we're looking to hire a fast, fun, and friendly Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to workacross multiple clinics in your area!You will provide patient-focusedcare to help our patients feel better FAST! Boom! Services provided to the public include urgent care, primary medical care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine. The ideal applicant will be flexible working with teams in different clinics and providing leadership in a high volume and fast-paced urgent care environment.

Responsibilities

• Minor surgery (toenail removal, foreign object removal, etc.)


• Suturing


• Splinting


• General Orthopedic evaluations/management


• Review of x-rays (to be over-read by Radiologist, too)


• General Dermatology


• General eye problems


• General EKG interpretations


• Emergency management skills


• General GYN expertise


• Treating children of all ages


• Occupational medicine


• Telemedicine

• Shifts determined two months in advance

Qualifications
