Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a thriving, multi-specialty medical group serving the diverse communities of Brooklyn and Queens. Qualifications

• Skills: EHR proficiency, diagnostic acumen, and a strong commitment to culturally competent care

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive physical exams and patient assessments
• Document medical histories, symptoms, and treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Prescribe medications and implement treatment protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and specialists in a multidisciplinary setting
• Educate patients and families on preventive health and care management
• Continuously evaluate and adjust care plans to improve outcomes
