Job summary

MainStreet Family Care is actively seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to support multiple Northeast FL region clinics. You will deliver fast, patient-centered care across urgent and primary services, including telemedicine and occupational medicine, while leading in a dynamic, high-volume setting.

Ideal candidates bring FNP certification, MSN or higher, and strong communication skills with EMR and MS Office proficiency. Flexible to float between clinics and provide leadership as needed.

Qualifications

• Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification required.
• MSN or higher degree required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with EMR and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-focused care across urgent, primary, telemedicine and occupational medicine.
• Perform minor surgeries (toenail removal, foreign object removal) and suturing.
• Conduct general orthopedic evaluations/management and review x-rays.
• Handle dermatology and eye problems, GYN care, and pediatric patients.
• Interpret EKGs and manage emergency situations as needed.
• Participate in occupational medicine duties and telemedicine rounds.
• Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure high-volume patient flow.

Floating Family Nurse Practitioner – Northeast FL Region

MainStreet Family Care is growing and we're looking to hire a fast, fun, and friendly Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to work across multiple clinics in your area! You will provide patient-focused care to help our patients feel better FAST! Boom! Services provided to the public include urgent care, primary medical care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine. The ideal applicant will be flexible working with teams in different clinics and providing leadership in a high volume and fast-paced urgent care environment.

Responsibilities

• Minor surgery (toenail removal, foreign object removal, etc.)
• Suturing
• Splinting
• General Orthopedic evaluations/management
• Review of x-rays (to be over-read by Radiologist, too)
• General Dermatology
• General eye problems
• General EKG interpretations
• Emergency management skills
• General GYN expertise
• Treating children of all ages
• Occupational medicine
• Telemedicine

Schedule

• Shifts determined two months in advance
• MainStreet Clinic Hours
  • Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• KidsStreet Clinic Hours (Montgomery, AL, Pelham, AL, Mobile, AL, Tallahassee, FL, Gainesville, FL, Wake Forest, NC, Greenville, NC, Chapel Hill, NC, Wilmington, NC, Winston-Salem, NC, Athens, GA, Augusta, GA and Columbus, GA only)
  • Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• Work hours are subject to change based on company needs, training, floaters, etc.

Qualifications

• Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification required
• MSN, or higher education required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) preferred
