Job summary

MainStreet Family Care is growing and seeking a fast, friendly Family Nurse Practitioner to work across multiple clinics in Northeast Florida. You will provide patient-focused urgent and primary care services, including telemedicine and occupational medicine, while leading teams in a high-volume environment.

Ideal candidates hold FNP certification, MSN or higher, and have experience with EMR and MS Office. Flexible scheduling with shifts across clinics and a $7,500 sign-on bonus are offered to

Qualifications

• FNP board certification required.
• MSN or higher degree required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with EMR and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care and primary medical services across multiple clinics.
• Perform minor procedures (toe nail removal, suturing, splinting).
• Review x-rays with radiology over-read.
• Manage general orthopedic evaluations/management and GYN care.
• Provide telemedicine and occupational medicine services.

Floating Family Nurse Practitioner – Northeast FL Region - $7,500 SIGN-ON BONUS!

MainStreet Family Care is growing and we're looking to hire a fast, fun, and friendly Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to work across multiple clinics in your area!You will provide patient-focused care to help our patients feel better FAST! Boom! Services provided to the public include urgent care, primary medical care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine. The ideal applicant will be flexible working with teams in different clinics and providing leadership in a high volume and fast-paced urgent care environment.

Responsibilities:

• Minor surgery (toenail removal, foreign object removal, etc.)
• Suturing
• Splinting
• General Orthopedic evaluations/management
• Review of x-rays (to be over-read by Radiologist, too)
• General Dermatology
• General eye problems
• General EKG interpretations
• Emergency management skills
• General GYN expertise
• Treating children of all ages
• Occupational medicine
• Telemedicine

Schedule:

• Shifts determined two months in advance
• MainStreet Clinic Hours
  • Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

• KidsStreet Clinic Hours (Montgomery, AL, Pelham, AL, Mobile, AL, Tallahassee, FL, Gainesville, FL, Wake Forest, NC, Greenville, NC, Chapel Hill, NC, Wilmington, NC, Winston-Salem, NC, Athens, GA, Augusta, GA and Columbus, GA only)
  • Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• Work hours are subject to change based on company needs, training, floaters, etc.

Qualifications:

• Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification required
• MSN, or higher education required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) preferred
