Job summary

MainStreet Family Care is seeking a fast, friendly Family Nurse Practitioner to work across multiple clinics in the Northeast FL region. You will provide patient-focused care in urgent and primary care settings, including telemedicine and occupational medicine, with leadership in a high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate will hold FNP board certification, an MSN or higher, and have strong communication skills. EMR experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner required.
• MSN or higher degree required.
• Experience with EMR and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-focused care across urgent care, primary care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine.
• Perform minor procedures (toenail removal, suturing, splinting).
• Conduct general orthopedic evaluations and manage patient care.
• Review x-rays (over-read by Radiologist).
• Manage dermatology, eye problems, EKG interpretations, and emergency situations.
• Provide GYN care and care for children of all ages.
• Support occupational medicine and telemedicine services.

Floating Family Nurse Practitioner – Northeast FL Region

MainStreet Family Care is growing and we're looking to hire a fast, fun, and friendly Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to workacross multiple clinics in your area!You will provide patient-focusedcare to help our patients feel better FAST! Boom! Services provided to the public include urgent care, primary medical care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine. The ideal applicant will be flexible working with teams in different clinics and providing leadership in a high volume and fast-paced urgent care environment.

Responsibilities:

• Minor surgery (toenail removal, foreign object removal, etc.)
• Suturing
• Splinting
• General Orthopedic evaluations/management
• Review of x-rays (to be over-read by Radiologist, too)
• General Dermatology
• General eye problems
• General EKG interpretations
• Emergency management skills
• General GYN expertise
• Treating children of all ages
• Occupational medicine
• Telemedicine

Schedule:

• Shifts determined two months in advance
• MainStreet Clinic Hours
  • Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• KidsStreet Clinic Hours (Montgomery, AL, Pelham, AL, Mobile, AL, Tallahassee, FL, Gainesville, FL, Wake Forest, NC, Greenville, NC, Chapel Hill, NC, Wilmington, NC, Winston-Salem, NC, Athens, GA, Augusta, GA and Columbus, GA only)
  • Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• Work hours are subject to change based on company needs, training, floaters, etc.

Qualifications:

• Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification required
• MSN, or higher education required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) preferred
