Job summary

Kelly Government Solutions is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner in Colorado Springs, Colorado, to support a federal healthcare system that serves service members, military families, retirees, and other eligible beneficiaries.

You will evaluate, diagnose, treat, immunize, manage medications, provide preventive care, and coordinate care across ages, with focus on readiness and patient safety. The role requires MSN with FNP specialization, active RN and NP licensure, and national NP certification.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing with Family Nurse Practitioner specialization from an accredited program.
• Current, active, unrestricted RN license and advanced practice licensure permitting specialty practice.
• Current national NP certification (ANCC or AANP).
• Active FNP practice or training within the last 36 months with current clinical competency.

• Provide examinations, immunizations, medication management, preventive care, and counseling.

Position Details

• Pay Rate: $57.50/hour
• Contract length: Current end date: November 30, 2027.
• Schedule: Generally Monday through Friday, approximately 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., up to 40 hours weekly. Hours may vary based on mission needs.
• Holidays: Contractors may be required to work on federally recognized holidays or their designated observance days to support patient care and mission requirements.

Requirements

• Education: Master of Science in Nursing with family nurse practitioner specialization from an accredited program.

• Certifications: Current national NP certification, such as ANCC or AANP.
• Experience: Active FNP practice or training for 24 months within the last 36 months, with current clinical competency.
• Credentialing: Employment is contingent upon successful completion of all federal qualification and onboarding requirements, including U.S. citizenship verification, comprehensive credentialing and privileging, primary source verification of education, training, licensure, board certification, and clinical certifications, occupational health clearance, Tier 3 security screening, childcare background requirements (when applicable), and other required background investigations and facility‑specific onboarding requirements
