MainStreet Family Care is seeking a PRN Family Nurse Practitioner to support Cherryville, NC clinics with flexible shifts across multiple sites. The role spans urgent, primary, and occupational medicine, with telemedicine options and new grads welcome.

You will perform a range of procedures and assessments in a fast-paced setting, collaborating with teams to deliver high-quality patient care. Day-to-day duties include varied clinics, with shift coverage subject to change based on company needs.

Formación

• Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification required.
• MSN or higher required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• EMR and Microsoft Office experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Urgent care, primary care, occupational medicine, and telemedicine.
• Minor procedures including toenail removals and foreign body removals.
• Suturing and splinting.
• General orthopedic evaluations and management.
• X-ray review (with Radiologist over-read).
• EKG interpretation.
• General dermatology, eye complaints, and GYN care.
• Treating patients of all ages.
• Emergency management skills in a fast-paced setting.

PRN Family Nurse Practitioner – Cherryville, NC

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a high-volume environment, and is flexible working with different teams and clinics. New grads are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Urgent care, primary care, occupational medicine, and telemedicine
• Minor procedures including toenail removals and foreign body removals
• Suturing and splinting
• General orthopedic evaluations and management
• X-ray review (with Radiologist over-read)
• EKG interpretation
• General dermatology, eye complaints, and GYN care
• Treating patients of all ages
• Emergency management skills in a fast-paced setting

Schedule

• Shifts determined approximately two months in advance

MainStreet Clinic Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

KidsStreet Clinic Hours (select locations only):

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Hours are subject to change based on company needs, training, float coverage, etc.

Qualifications

• Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification required
• MSN or higher required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
