Peer Washington is seeking a Peer Services Specialist I – Family Navigator Kent to join our in-person team in Kent, WA. The role supports families of individuals in recovery from addiction and mental health challenges, providing intake, case management, and referrals under the supervision of the Program Manager.

Starting wage ranges from $22.97 to $25.15 per hour, with full-time hours and benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement options, and paid time off.

Qualificações

• Must identify as family member of someone in recovery for at least one year.
• Certified peer recovery coach through Peer WA, CCAR, or equivalent.
• Experience as a peer recovery coach.
• Strong organizational, documentation, communication, and program development skills.
• Ability to listen actively and reflect on what's said.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Establish guidelines and expectations with Program Manager.
• Support family members early in recovery with referrals.
• Provide intake and case management for programming contracts.
• Maintain weekly contact with assigned members.
• Submit data and reporting on schedule.
• Develop relationships with community partners.
• Attend monthly staff meetings.
• Coordinate with peers on family support.
• Respond to calls and emails within 1 business day.
• Represent Peer Kent in community collaborations as assigned.
• Maintain clear communication with staff and volunteers; update manager.
• Attend ongoing training programs.
