Qualifications

• Must have First Aid/CPR certification or the ability to obtain it within 30 days.
• Legible handwriting is necessary for documentation.
• Ability to understand agency/client charts is required.

Responsabilités

• Assist in articulating personal goals for recovery.
• Model effective coping techniques and strategies.
• Document daily interactions and assess client progress.

Connaissances

First Aid/CPR certification

Legible handwriting

Ability to do simple mathematics

Comprehension of agency/client charts

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Experience with target population

Formation

Completion of Washington State Peer Counselor training
