Job summary

The Community Health Center North of Boston is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join as Core Faculty in its new Family Medicine Residency Program. Preference for 2+ years of post-residency clinical practice and a background in medical education.

Responsibilities include teaching, mentorship, curriculum development, scholarly activities, and supervision of residents. The workload spans workshops, grand rounds, clinical supervision, and resident feedback, with a comprehensive

• Experience in medical education and residency training preferred.
• 2+ years post-residency clinical practice experience.
• Ability to develop and deliver an evidence-based residency curriculum.
• Engage in scholarly activities and quality improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor residents; provide feedback during rotations.
• Design and implement curriculum with Residency Program Director.
• Support residents' research and quality improvement projects.
• Provide supervision during patient care (3–4 sessions/week).
