Job summary

Community Health of Central Washington invites applications for the Residency Program Director to lead the CWFM residency program and ensure education excellence across teaching, administrative activities, and clinical integration.

The role requires strong leadership, national accreditation knowledge, and a track record in family medicine education. On-site, full-time position with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits in Central Washington.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree or IMG equivalent required with completion of an accredited US Family Medicine Residency.
• WA License or ability to obtain WA license.
• DEA certificate and BC (board certification) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation, and evaluation of all teaching and admin activities of the Residency Program.
• Ensure ACGME accreditation and compliance with program requirements.
• Supervise faculty, APDs, residents, and residency manager in teaching responsibilities.
• Serve as Core Faculty blending clinical practice with faculty responsibilities.
• Coordinate strategic planning for ongoing growth of the residency program.
• Monitor residency program operations to ensure compliance with accreditation bodies and payers.
• Be a member of CHCW Executive Leadership Group.
