Job summary

Medicorp, Inc. in Oregon is seeking a Family Medicine Residency Program Director to lead the residency program, oversee accreditation, and collaborate with the Associate Program Director.

The role includes 0.7 FTE academic duties and 0.3 FTE direct patient care, with EPIC EMR, and opportunities to work with community preceptors within the Willamette Valley. Responsibilities include recruitment, curriculum oversight, committee participation, faculty development, and governance within Graduate

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Hold 5 years of experience working with residents and medical students in a leadership or administrative role.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.
• Strong commitment to evidence-based, team-oriented care.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and attest to residency program compliance with accreditation standards.
• Provide oversight to residency program coordinators and recruit residents.
• Develop rotations to meet educational goals and ensure resident competency for board eligibility.
• Collaborate with the DIO, and other residency program directors on program operations and academic environment.
• Participate in program committees, faculty development, and GME governance.
• Provide administrative oversight for feedback and evaluative processes within the residency program.
