Job summary

Lee Health's Dunbar location is seeking a Practice Administrator to oversee patient experience across up to 3 providers. You will lead operations, improve workflows, manage patient scheduling, engage providers and staff, and ensure financial performance and billing compliance.

You will assist the Practice Director with operational plans and budgets, recruit and supervise staff, and apply effective communication strategies to maintain the culture and performance of the practice.

Qualifications

• Two years of formal education beyond high school; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year healthcare leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and billing software.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient experience at assigned practice sites and lead workflow development.
• Manage patient scheduling, provider engagement, and service quality.
• Assist with budgeting, staffing, recruitment, and supervision.
