Job summary

Lee Health is seeking a senior leader in the Lee Physician Group Admin to guide the division's ambulatory operations. This role partners with system leadership to manage practices across operations, finance, HR, and governance, ensuring excellent patient care and financial stability.

The role emphasizes collaboration with division dyad partners and practice leaders to implement operational plans, budgets, and strategies that align with the organization's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration or related field required or commensurate education and experience.
• MHA/MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ambulatory office management across the division, including business and clinical operations, finance and revenue cycle, HR, governance and planning.
• Collaborate with LPG System Director of Practice Operations to resolve issues and optimize patient care delivery within the division.
• Lead development of operational plans and budgets for practices in the division and support strategies for growth.
• Promote Lee Health mission and values while ensuring high-quality patient experiences.

Education

Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration or related field
