Job summary

Lee Health's Lee Physician Group (LPG) is seeking an experienced Practice Operations leader to oversee ambulatory division performance, manage office operations, finance, HR, and governance, and partner with division dyad leaders to drive patient care excellence.

You will lead strategic planning, budgeting, revenue cycle initiatives, and vendor relationships, ensuring effective scheduling, EMR use, and patient flow.

Qualifications

• Education in healthcare or business required; MHA/MBA preferred.
• Minimum eight years managing ambulatory/clinical operations.
• CMPE certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ambulatory care delivery and revenue cycle.
• Excellent communication and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead LPG division operations including ambulatory office management and governance.
• Oversee budgets, planning, revenue cycle, and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with division dyad partners to resolve issues and optimize patient care.
• Ensure effective scheduling, registration, EMR use, and patient flow.
• Drive operational growth and improve the patient experience.
