Job summary

One Medical, based in Austin, TX, is hiring a full-time clinician to deliver high-quality primary care in a modern, patient-centered environment. The role includes in-office and occasional tele-health visits, supervision of NP/PA colleagues, and opportunities for cross-state credentialing.

The position emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration with teams, and ongoing learning through Clinical Rounds and other modalities. Relocation assistance and sign-on bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or completed Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency.
• Board certification within 1 year of start date or board eligibility.
• TX state licensure obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, testing centers, or via tele-health visits.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Supervise NP/PA colleagues as needed.
• Perform in-office procedures where appropriate.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual care in other states.
