Job summary

One Medical in Austin, TX is seeking a full-time primary care clinician to manage a diverse patient panel, conduct acute, chronic, and well visits, and collaborate with in-office and virtual teams.

The role supports supervision of NP/PA colleagues, requires TX state license, and board certification in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics (or board-eligible within 1 year). Salary range is $235,100–$281,100 with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency.
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year.
• State license to practice in TX.
• Experience in outpatient primary care seeing patients across all ages.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with diverse needs (acute, chronic, well visits).
• Conduct in-office, testing center, or telehealth visits.
• Collaborate with in-person and virtual clinical teams.
• Oversee NP/PA colleagues and participate in credentialing for virtual care in additional states.
