One Medical is seeking a full-time Family Medicine/Medicine-Pediatrics physician to manage a diverse patient panel in a primary care setting in Austin, TX. You will provide in-office, testing center, and occasional telehealth care with ongoing learning through Clinical Rounds and team huddles.

You may supervise NP/PA colleagues and pursue additional state licensure to expand virtual care across states. A board-certified or eligible physician with TX license is required.

Formación

• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+).
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of start date.
• State licensed in TX, obtained before start date.

Responsabilidades

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers and conducting tele-health visits
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities
• Collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
• Utilizing clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states
