Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC seeks an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join a patient-centered, community-based healthcare organization. This permanent, full-time role involves developing standards with clinical leadership, coordinating diagnostic and treatment services, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

The physician will provide continuous care, supervise staff, participate in call coverage, and engage in ongoing professional development, including conferences.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of medicine with completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program.
• Board certification in Family Medicine.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice medicine in Washington with good standing.
• Unrestricted DEA registration with prescriptive authority for controlled substances.
• Qualifies for insurability under FTCA or equivalent professional liability coverage.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical practice/patient care after training.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to perform all physical demands of the role with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Render professional services within scope of training in compliance with laws and standards.
• Provide continuous care and supervision to patients; coordinate diagnostic and treatment services.
• Stay current on CDC guidelines and disseminate updates to staff.
• Complete medical records in a timely manner per policy.
• Engage in call coverage on a rotating basis with other physicians.
• Provide clinical consultations to other providers and support diagnosis and treatment.
