Maine Academy of Family Physicians in Massachusetts seeks a Family Medicine Physician to join our PACE program in the Boston area. This nonprofit center provides comprehensive medical and supportive services for adults 55+ and focuses on keeping seniors in their homes and communities.

The role will cover care in skilled nursing facilities, Monday–Friday 8 am–4 pm, with an average census of 8–15. Mandarin or Cantonese fluency is preferred; generous benefits and retirement available.

A nonprofit healthcare center in the Boston area that provides comprehensive medical and supportive services for adults aged 55 and older through the PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) model is adding a Family Medicine Physician. The organization's mission is to help seniors remain safely in their homes and communities for as long as possible by providing coordinated care, including primary and specialty medical services, rehabilitation, social programs, meals, and transportation.

About the Opportunity:

• This position will focus on care in our skilled nursing facilities
• Monday through Friday, 8 am-4 pm
• Average daily patient census is 8-15
• No call
• Provide complete and highly personalized care to help seniors live independently, safely, and comfortably in their homes for as long as possible
• Deliver team-based care that includes physicians, nurses, occupational and physical therapists, social workers, behavioral health specialists, and CNAs
