Job summary

Spencer Britt in the Boston, MA area seeks a Spanish-speaking BC/BE Family, Internal or Geriatric Medicine Physician to join a collaborative PACE team providing compassionate, patient-centered care that helps older adults remain safely and independently in their homes while maintaining an exceptional work-life balance.

The position is full-time with a Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM schedule, no nights, weekends, or holidays.

Qualifications

• Spanish-speaking required for patient interactions.
• Provide care in clinic, participants' homes, and skilled nursing facilities.
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and follow-up care.
• Utilize telehealth when clinically appropriate.
• Participate in hospital rounding and a shared on-call rotation.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
• Manage chronic conditions, preventive care, and palliative/end-of-life care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical examinations.
• Coordinate care across clinic, home visits, and SNFs.
• Address acute illnesses and post-hospital needs.
• Utilize telehealth where appropriate.
• Participate in rounding and on-call rotation.
• Develop individualized care plans with the team.
