Job summary

Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a nonprofit healthcare center in the Boston area to recruit an Internal Medicine Physician. The position focuses on care in skilled nursing facilities and aims to keep seniors safely in their homes and communities when possible.

Working Monday–Friday, 8 am–4 pm with no on-call, you will deliver team-based care alongside physicians, nurses, therapists, social workers, and CNAs. Market-rate salary plus comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Internal Medicine physician focused on care in skilled nursing facilities.
• Provide complete and highly personalized care to help seniors live independently, safely, and comfortably.
• Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver team-based care with physicians, nurses, therapists, social workers and CNAs.
• Provide care Monday–Friday 8 am–4 pm with average census 8–15.

A nonprofit healthcare center in the Boston area that provides comprehensive medical and supportive services for adults aged 55 and older through the PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) model is adding an Internal Medicine Physician. The organization’s mission is to help seniors remain safely in their homes and communities for as long as possible by providing coordinated care, including primary and specialty medical services, rehabilitation, social programs, meals, and transportation.

About the Opportunity:

• This position will focus on care in our skilled nursing facilities
• Monday through Friday, 8 am-4 pm
• Average daily patient census is 8-15
• No call
• Provide complete and highly personalized care to help seniors live independently, safely, and comfortably in their homes for as long as possible
• Deliver team-based care that includes physicians, nurses, occupational and physical therapists, social workers, behavioral health specialists, and CNAs

• Mandarin or Cantonese fluency preferred
