Job summary

Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for a part-time role in Yakima, WA. The position covers pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients within a patient-centered medical home using EPIC, at 0.5 FTE (20 hours/week).

We offer a base salary of $161,000 per year with a $15,000 signing bonus and a $10,000 relocation allowance, plus comprehensive benefits, malpractice coverage, visa assistance, and a Medical Spanish immersion program.

Qualifications

• Completed an ACGME/AOA-accredited Family Medicine Residency program.
• Interest in community health and underserved populations.
• Experience in community health or with underserved populations is preferred for new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, comprehensive family medicine care to a diverse patient population within a patient-centered medical home.
• Develop and cultivate patient relationships by managing your patient panel.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team and utilize bilingual medical assistant support for translation and patient care.

Family Medicine Physician - Part-time

Location: Yakima, WA (West Valley Family Health Clinic)

Employment: 0.5 FTE (20 hours per week). Full scope panel including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. EMR system is EPIC.

Compensation: Base salary $161,000 per year. Guaranteed first-year annual salary, $15,000 hiring bonus, $10,000 relocation allowance. Malpractice insurance coverage (no tail coverage policy needed). Visa assistance - J1 Waiver and H1B. 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xayla, Guatemala.
