Job summary

Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic is seeking a Part-Time Family Medicine Physician to join Coastal Family Health Center in Astoria, OR. The role covers full-scope care for pediatric through geriatric patients within a patient-centered medical home.

This 0.2 FTE position (8 hours per week) offers a competitive hourly wage of $155.26 and uses the EPIC EMR. Prior residency in Family Medicine and a commitment to underserved communities are required or strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Must complete an ACGME/AOA Family Medicine Residency program.
• Experience with community health or underserved populations encouraged.
• Bilingual Medical Assistant support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope Family Medicine care to pediatric, adult and geriatric patients.
• Work 0.2 FTE (8 hours per week) with preferred Mondays but flexible.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management.
