Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic, Inc. seeks a Family Medicine Physician for Lancaster Family Health Center in Salem, OR.

The clinician will care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients within a patient-centered medical home, focusing on underserved communities using EPIC for EMR. The role offers a 1.0 FTE schedule, strong compensation, relocation and signing bonuses, visa assistance, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Completion of an ACGME/AOA-accredited Family Medicine Residency program.
• Experience with community health or underserved populations is preferred.
• Bilingual Medical Assistant support is valued in this role.

Responsabilités

• Provide Family Medicine care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients with no OB responsibilities.
• Collaborate with a bilingual Medical Assistant to support translation and patient care.
• Manage a patient panel and contribute to a team-based care approach.

We have an opportunity for a Family Medicine Physician at Lancaster Family Health Center at Lancaster in Salem, OR!

Who we are looking for:

• A Family Medicine Physician passionate about community health and family medicine
• A healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations

Position Details:

• Family Medicine practice caring for pediatric, adult and geriatric patients, with no OB responsibilities.
• Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
• 1.0 FTE (40 hours a week with 34 hours of clinical and 6 hours of admin time)
• EMR system is EPIC
• Clinic Operational Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:30 am - 7:00 pm; Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm; Saturday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
