Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is looking for a full-time Family Medicine Physician in Shelton, WA. This role comes with strong onboarding support and aims for a manageable patient volume.

Compensation ranges from $235,000 to $265,000 depending on experience, along with benefits like medical insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must have a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine required.
• A Washington state medical license or the ability to obtain one is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care as a Family Medicine Physician.
• Care for up to 18 patients per day with onboarding support.
• Work collaboratively in a mission-driven setting.

Responsibilities

• Full-time Family Medicine Physician opening replacing a retiring provider
• Schedule: 4x10s or 5x8s
• Gradual ramp-up with strong onboarding support
• Expected volume: up to 18 patients/day within 6 months
• Collaborative, mission-driven outpatient primary care setting

Compensation & Benefits

• $235,000 – $265,000 salary DOE
