Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) for a full-time position. Located in Shelton, WA, the physician will take over for a retiring provider, providing care to a diverse population in a mission-driven outpatient setting. Strong onboarding support will be provided with the expectation of managing up to 18 patients per day.

The position offers a salary range of $235,000 – $265,000 depending on experience, along with relocation assistance, 401(k) with 5% employer match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Must have or be able to obtain a WA license.
• Able to provide care in a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Replace a retiring provider in a collaborative outpatient primary care setting.
• Manage patient volume expected to be up to 18 patients/day.
• Participate in strong onboarding support.
