Seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a well-established, independent private practice in Jacksonville, FL.

Specialization

• Internal Medicine
• Family Medicine without OB

Qualified Candidates

• Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Current or ability to obtain an unrestricted license to practice in Florida
• No history of license revocation, restriction, or suspension
• Current, unrestricted DEA registration

Position Details

• Outpatient primary care only, no inpatient coverage
• Patient-Centered approach
• Providing and managing direct care to new and existing patients
