Qualifications:

• MD/DO
• Current valid license or ability to obtain a medical license in Florida
• Current DEA certificate or ability to obtain
• Board eligibility in OB/GYN (ABOG, AOBOG); board certification required within 5 years of eligibility; ongoing employment contingent upon certification
• Current BLS certification
