Seeking a Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician to join our HCA-employed network in Jacksonville, FL. This outpatient practice offers comprehensive primary and preventative care for the entire family.

Qualifications:

• Board certified or eligible in family medicine or internal medicine
• Unrestricted license to practice in Florida or eligible to obtain one
• No history of license revocation, restriction, or suspension
