Parkview Physicians Group in Fort Wayne, Indiana is seeking Board Eligible / Board Certified Family Medicine physicians to join three Parkview Physicians Group Family Medicine practices in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This full-time role offers flexible hours to support work–life balance, 36 patient contact hours per week plus 4 hours of administrative time, and six weeks of vacation.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, with potential for extended hours and the option of a 4- or 5-day work week.

• Supervise Advanced Practice Providers
• Rotating call: 1:30
• Flexible hours to accommodate work life balance
• 36 patient contact hours per week, with 4 hours of dedicated administrative time

• Monday-Friday from 8am - 5pm
