Job summary

Parkview Physicians Group in Fort Wayne, Indiana is seeking Board Eligible / Board Certified Family Medicine physicians to join three practices. The role offers full-time hours, flexible scheduling, and a patient-centered team environment.

You will work Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with 36 patient contact hours weekly plus four hours of admin time, six weeks of vacation, and rotating call. You will supervise Advanced Practice Providers and have access to a fully integrated EMR system.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
• MD/DO degree in Family Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Advanced Practice Providers.
• Provide full-time Family Medicine care across three Fort Wayne locations.
• Maintain 36 patient contact hours per week with 4 hours admin time.
• Participate in rotating call schedule.
