Job summary

Parkview Physicians Group in Fort Wayne, Indiana seeks a board eligible/board certified Family Medicine physician to join a growing team. The position offers 36 patient contact hours weekly plus 4 hours of administrative time and a rotating 1:30 call.

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, with potential for extended hours and 4- or 5-day weeks. The clinic features RN, LPN and Medical Assistants with a fully integrated EMR system.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine physician.
• Licensed to practice in Indiana or eligible for licensure.
• Experience not required but preferred for teamwork and supervision duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Advanced Practice Providers.
• Handle rotating call (1:30).
• Maintain 36 patient contact hours per week plus 4 hours admin time.
• Work Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with potential for extended hours and 4- or 5-day weeks.
