Parkview Physicians Group in Fort Wayne, Indiana is seeking a Board Eligible / Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join our practice. The role includes 36 patient contact hours per week with 4 hours of administrative time, and the option for a 4- or 5-day work week.

The office at 10515 Illinois Road offers RN/LPN/MA support, integrated EMR, and potential for extended hours. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with rotating call and AP supervision responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine as required.
• Willing to supervise Advanced Practice Providers.
• Ability to manage 36 patient contact hours weekly with some administrative time.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Advanced Practice Providers as part of the care team.
• Provide a full Family Medicine service with office hours 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday.
• Coordinate care with RN, LPN, and Medical Assistants and ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Manage rotating call schedule (1:30).

Specifics of The Role

• Full-time position

  • Office is located on the Southwest side of Fort Wayne, with easy access to Interstate 69
  • Clinical support consists of RN, LPN, and Medical Assistants.
